Ad-hoc Support
£35 per hour
Delivering flexible, pay as you go support, this option is perfect for small one off tasks or if you require assistance but are unsure about an up-front monthly commitment. With a minimum booking requirement of just two hours, this is a great way to determine how much support you need, or to understand the value a virtual assistant will bring to you and your business.

Retainer Support
£30 per hour
We recommend a retainer if you require regular, ongoing support. Providing a fixed amount of pre-paid, guaranteed hours each month at a discounted rate. Packages start from just £150 per month (5 hours) with a 3 month minimum commitment. If you need additional support over your retained hours, you can just purchase more at the ad-hoc rate (subject to availability).
Project Support

This option is suited to one-off tasks with a well-defined scope, such as an email declutter. The price will be personalised depending on the requirements which we can discuss in detail on a discovery call. After the call you will receive a project brief containing the estimated duration and the cost of delivery, with 50% of balance due prior to commencement of the project.

A virtual assistant provides remote, flexible business and administrative support to organisations and individuals. It is an ideal solution for businesses who do not need an in-house support role or for those who need to get up and running quickly with an experienced professional.
Best of all, you avoid the costly overheads that come with a permanent member of staff (holidays, sickness, training, national insurance, hiring, pension contributions, etc).

To begin working together, please fill out the website enquiry form, providing details about your requirements. We'll be in touch to schedule a complimentary 30-minute, no obligation call to discuss in more detail. After the call, we'll email a summary of our discussion and necessary documents for digital signature.
Once these are returned, you will receive an invoice along with details on how we complete the onboarding process to start working together. Depending on the type of support you require and the information that needs to be shared between us, this could be via another call or a simple email exchange.

The number of hours of support required varies based on the nature and frequency of tasks. As a guideline, there are approximately 20 working days in a month, so if you are allocating one hour per day to these tasks, booking 20 hours a month would be a good starting point.
If you are unsure, you can start with a smaller commitment and adjust the hours as needed later on. Alternatively, consider our ad-hoc offering to get a better feel for your needs.

Ad-hoc hours are invoiced at the end of each month and payment is due within 7 days. In addition, first time clients are asked to pay two hours up front ahead of any work commencing via bank transfer.
Retainer packages are invoiced at the start of each month and if a retainer package starts part way through the month, a pro-rata invoice will be raised. Payment is due within 7 days via bank transfer. For new retainers, payment is required before work will commence. If your hours are used up for a given month, you can choose to add on additional hours which will be charged at £35 an hour, subject to availability.
Project work is invoiced in two parts. 50% is invoiced upon signing of contract and work will not start until payment has been received. The remaining 50% is invoiced on completion and due for payment within 7 days via bank transfer.

We use an accurate time tracking system to keep a log of the hours spent working on tasks for you, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Using this software, we are able to provide regular reports on time and remaining balance.

Changing your retainer contract is very straightforward. If you want to increase or decrease your monthly commitment of hours, let us know with 7 days notice ahead of your next billing date. If you wish to terminate your contract then you can do this by giving 30 days notice in writing.

Since we have commitments to other clients, we do not allow unused hours to be carried forward in this way. We are completely transparent and can provide frequent updates on remaining hours, ensuring you make complete use of the time you have purchased.
